Gaspar González
Explorer, instructor and height safety specialist.
Passionate about adventure and exploration, Gaspar has dedicated his life to pushing the boundaries of the known. His fascination with altitude, caves, and travel has led him to develop a solid track record in expeditions and safety in extreme environments.
As Director of the Pangea Expedition and President of the Mario Isola Uruguayan Speleological Center, he has led multiple explorations in challenging environments, from cave systems to high-altitude structures. His experience extends to the scientific field, having worked as a guide on research projects in Antarctica.
In addition, Gaspar is a specialized height safety instructor and an expert in installing safety systems, ensuring that each structure meets the highest protection standards. His knowledge and passion are reflected in every project, ensuring safe and exciting experiences for adventurers everywhere.

Ismael Lugo
Specialist in tourism, sustainability and protected natural areas.
Uruguayan by birth and passionate about the connection between humans and nature, Ismael holds a degree in Tourism and is a candidate for a Master's in Integrated Coastal Management. His career combines academic training, specialized consulting, and entrepreneurial experience, with a clear focus on conservation and sustainable tourism development in natural areas.
For over a decade, he has taught Tourism Geography at the University of the Republic (UdelaR), where he shares his perspective on territorial issues, sustainability, and tourism planning. He has also worked as a consultant in ecotourism and tourism in protected areas, collaborating on projects that promote environmental education and the responsible use of natural heritage.
An entrepreneur since 2010, Ismael brings to the team a strategic, technical, and sensitive approach to adventure tourism management, combining his love of nature with a firm commitment to the conscious and safe development of each project.
